  • Founded in 1934 and based in Melun (77), HANNY is a family business specializing in structural work, prefabrication of reinforced concrete elements, and asbestos rem.
  • The company works in the Île-de-France region with public and private clients, providing structural work alone, all trades (TCE), or design and build services.
  • Taken over in 2003 by Loïc and Gilles HANNY, grandsons of the founder, the company has successfully restructured and expanded its business into the tertiary sector.
  • HANNY builds healthcare facilities (imaging centers, health centers, hospitals, clinics), educational establishments (middle schools, high schools), commercial buildings, and specific technical structures (hospital clean rooms, P.S.E.M., etc.).
  • Today, backed by a solid organization and recognized expertise in the tertiary sector, HANNY employs more than 120 people and has a turnover of around €40 million.
  • Based in Le Mans, the EJ Group has nearly 550 employees and 11 subsidiaries covering all areas of construction, from structural work to finishing work. With a turnover of more than €120 million, it relies in particular on recognized entities such as Sadrin Rapin, Le Batimans, Préfa Béton 72, Delaboudinière, DLB Couverture, and Divaré.
  • The integration of Établissements HANNY will enable the EJ Group to consolidate its expertise in structural work, particularly in the Paris region, to access major client markets, and to expand its capabilities to better meet the needs of its customers and partners.
