  • As part of the process led by Societex Corporate Finance, Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France (SGDBF) quickly emerged as a natural buyer.
  • With the acquisition of the La Maison Des Travaux network, SGDBF aims to make it easier for artisan customers to find work to be carried out, and to facilitate the renovation of homes and their adaptation to energy and demographic transitions.
  • The La Maison Des Travaux network will enable SGDB France to strengthen its offer of renovation advice to private customers, thanks to a local presence throughout the country. It will offer craftsmen a new source of business by simplifying the qualification of customer needs, while drawing on the solutions and services of Saint-Gobain sales outlets. Franchisees will thus be better able to meet the challenges of energy renovation, taking advantage of Saint-Gobain products and the Group’s local ecosystem (2,000 sales outlets, 400,000 trade customers, 435 showrooms).
