Masters Degree in Automotive Engineering (ESTACA, Paris), International MBA (Hochschule Esslingen, Stuttgart, Germany).
At the beginning of 2007, after a first position as a Financial Analyst at Kraft Foods Europe in Munich and an internship within Insurance business on Reunion Island, he joined the International team of SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE. In 2008 he became a Junior Consultant, teaming with two Partners to achieve M&A advisory missions.
Thibaut rapidly gained experience in various types of transactions in many sectors: Energy (wind turbines and solar), Facilities Management, Construction, Automotive, Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Telecom, E-Commerce, Security, Luxury, Transportation, Packaging, etc.

Florence is graduated from ESCP EAP – MS in Finance – and from Euromed Management (Marseille Business School) – MSc in Financial Engineering.
Florence started her career as an M&A analyst at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance in Paris and New York within Transport, Energy and Utilities teams.
After spending two years at Wagram Corporate Finance - a French independent investment bank in Paris –Florence joined SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE in January 2010 as Junior Consultant, teaming with one Partner to achieve M&A advisory missions in Food & Beverage, Cosmetic, Healthcare, Medical Services and Pharmaceuticals industries.

Michel CHAMPSAUR |

After graduating from HEC (advanced business school), Michel began his professional career at ANZ (Australia and New Zealand Bank).
For twelve years he worked and then managed its branches in Monaco and Cannes that specialized primarily in asset management, corporate commercial relationships, and often, international business.
Starting in 1985, he began specializing in corporate finance, a position that he began within this Bank, after training in the company's investment bank in London.
He then joined Charterhouse to set up an M & A department in Paris, which he left in 1992 to join SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE. He later became a partner and Chairman in March 2010.
At IMAP, he is sitting at the board and representing SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE.
He is fluent in English and German.

François GERMAIN |

François began his professional career in the private equity at IDI (Industrial Development Institute) and quickly moved towards Mergers and Acquisitions. He joined the M&A department of a leading French advisory firm and became the Managing Director of the corporate merger subsidiary when it was created in 1986 under the name of Finance Partenaires.
He took the majority of the company in 1992 and developed a partnership with the CEPME (today: OSEO). In 1999, he merged his business with SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE, where he is today Partner.
François has a business degree from HEC (Paris).

Christophe GIECOLD |

Christophe Giecold is the “European” of the Societex team: born in Poland, he graduated from the Solvay Business School (MBA) and worked for Solvay Plastics in the Far East, then for the Swedish Group Nynas Petroleum.
He held positions as General Manager in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
As from 1996 he focused on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) first within Brambles Industries, an Australian based Corporation, where he held the position of Development Manager Europe.
Then with Iron Mountain Inc, the US based leader in outsourcing services, quoted on the NYSE where he was President of the international Division.
During his 8 years with SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE, he completed about 40 closings in outsourced services, specialized distribution (medical), plastics, mechanics, etc…
He is fluent in English, German, Dutch, Italian, French and Polish.

Bernard MAUSSION |

Bernard Maussion is a graduate from HEC Business School (Paris). He worked first for Xerox Corp at both commercial and financial positions, and then joined Suez Group where, as Vice-president Finance for Agena, he negotiated and managed the integration of 40 medium sized French and European companies.
He then managed his own companies during 10 years, in the field of equipment and services for the boating industry, for an international market.
He joined SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE in 2006, bringing his experience in business development in various sectors and for companies of all sizes.
The recent M&A deals he completed are in sectors as varied as cosmetic industry, IT, medical services, or agrobusiness. For this latter, he is the IMAP coordinator in France.

Pascal RIVIERE |

Pascal Rivière is a graduated Engineer from Ecole Centrale (Lille) and holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC.
He held several positions and worked in Management Control, as Finance Director, then CEO of various European and American companies in the Hi-Tech, Media & Communication sectors (Digital Equipment Corp, Hewlett-Packard Corp, Softbank, Ziff-Davis Publishing Corp., Adlink Internet Media AG, United-Internet AG, Ateme).
Pascal Rivière established his own M&A Boutique specialised in TMT (Technologies Media & Telecom) with a particular emphasis on European deals prior to joining SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE in 2006.

Jean-Charles GANCIA |

Holds a pre-doctoral Degree in Law and a MBA from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris), he is a trained Mediator with CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris). He has been appointed Mediator to the Paris Appeal Court.
He has over 18 years experience serving companies facing financial difficulties as an independent Adviser and also working within companies. He started his career as Legal Adviser, before joining the boutique of Mr LAFONT, a famous Parisian Receiver, where for 7 years he headed the restructuring of numerous companies.
In 1999, he joined the Corporate Department of DELOITTE, where he was instrumental in developing the activity « M & A for companies facing financial difficulties». He was subsequently recruited by Groupe SOFILAB, a major player in the field of medical devices, for the position of Company Secretary, to handle the post-acquisition recovery and integration of 2 companies acquired during a transfer operation.
He joined SOCIETEX towards the end of 2004.

Béatrice CAUSSE |

Béatrice is graduated from Toulouse French Business School (major bank & finance), EM Lyon French Business School -Master degree in corporate finance, American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
Béatrice Causse started her career with Banque Indosuez (Project financing). Then, she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (Corporate Finance and Advisory Services, including business valuation, and Merger & Acquisitions). After almost 10 years as a consultant, she moved to Caisse des dépôts – développement (C3D), a holding company with €3bl invested in real estate, transportation, leisure; road engineering services, as the head of Merger & Acquisitions.
Béatrice has performed a number of business valuations, as a consultant and as an investor, for various purposes associated with acquisitions.
Béatrice has joined SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE in 2008. She is performing business valuations and M&A mandates for SOCIETEX VALUATION & ADVISORY.

Charlie FEUILLARD |

Charlie joined SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE in 2006. He was involved in more than 50 operations, including company mergers, valuation and financial engineering missions. He also worked on calculation models for complex options valuation, especially for management packages and for companies in financial distress.
Charlie has a Master Degree in Economics from ESSCA Business School. He studied a semester in the Southern Illinois University. He worked during his studies in several sectors, including energy and IT.
